The Alfred Kalfus Founder's Award
The Alfred Kalfus Founder's Award is given each year for long-term service to ARML as an organization. Al Kalfus was the founder and first president of ARML. It is hoped that the recipient shows similar qualities to those of Mr. Kalfus and his dedication to the concepts of ARML. Nominations for this award come from the ARML Board of Directors and voting takes place at the Board of Directors Spring Meeting.

The Douglas Cameron Baker Memorial Award
The Douglas Cameron Baker Memorial Award is awarded to a student who best exemplifies the qualities that Douglas himself brought to the contest: an enthusiasm for the competition, an enjoyment of the social interaction with other students, and a love for mathematics.

The Zachary Sobol Award is awarded for outstanding contributions by a student to his or her ARML team or to the ARML competition itself. This award was retired after the 2006 competition.

Beginning in 2005, the Program in Mathematics for Young Scientists (PROMYS) is awarding up to two scholarships among ARML participants who qualify for the program.

D.E. Shaw & Co. Top Ten Individual High Scorers
The D.E. Shaw group recognizes the top ten individual scorers and awards them monetary prizes from $2,000 to $200.
