Since IRML incurs a variety of expenses connected with teams taking the contest abroad, we must charge for participation. The charge for 2012 is $100 per team. So, for example, if Istanbul, Turkey has three teams taking it, each would pay $100. If Ankara, Turkey has one team, it would pay $100. Payments can be made using Paypal. Payment must be received by May 1, 2012.
